Kwoff allows ordinary users to vote for what they like online. You can vote on what others have submitted or put forward your own stuff - pictures, videos, blogs anything.

The site is about Discovery and Popularity, as such, we present two columns of 'competing' items:

Top Today: Here you'll find the most popular items for that day, ranked in a dynamic order depending on which item has received the most recent votes .

Just In: Newly submitted material that's being reviewed by Kwoff users - yes you! come on join in.
If an item receives enough votes it can move across to the 'Top Today' column

Each item is presented as follows:

Who Votes?

Anyone can vote by clicking on the Up/Down arrows (one vote per person, per story)

Who Submits these 'items'?

Anyone can. If you'd like to submit an item we need a few simple details (email and password), once registered you can submit and comment on web content you think is worthy of attention.


Thats the simple stuff, here's a few more details......

How to Submit - Once logged on simply click on 'Submit', you'll be prompted to enter a URL and some summary details. Once done it will appear in the 'Just In' page of Kwoff and fellow users can vote on the merits of your item!!

How to make the 'Front Page' - To make the Front Page or Popular sections a given story must receive a certain number of votes. This varies from day to day depending on the votes of competing stories (at the moment its about 5-10 votes).

Can I vote for my own story? - Sure, when you submit a story you automatically give it one vote. You can vote for a given story once only.

Can I submit my own content? - Absolutely, if you've created something you think is 'worthy' (why would you create anything else!) we encourage you to put it to the good people of Kwoff.
